汽车行业质量体系认证
ISO/TS16949 certification

　　ISO/TS16949：2002即《汽车行业生产件与相关服务件的组织实施ISO9001：2000的特殊要求》，是由IATF（国际汽车推动小组）和JAMA（日本汽车制造商协会）在ISO/TC176质量管理和质量保证技术委员会的支持下制定的。该技术规范与ISO9001：2000相结合，规定了用于与汽车相关产品的设计与开发、生产、安装和服务的质量管理体系要求，适用于组织的顾客指定生产件或服务件的制造现场，适用于整个汽车供应链。目的是促进汽车公司实现全球采购战略和避免汽车供应商的重复认证，ISO/TS16949认证现已成为国内外汽车制造公司对供方质量体系的基本要求。
With support from ISO/TC176, the International Automotive Task Force(IATF) and Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association(JAMA) prepared ISO/TS16949:2000, i.e. Quality management systems—Particular requirements for the application of ISO9001:2000 for automotive production and relevant service parts organizations. The 2002 revision has adopted the content and structure of ISO9001:2000 which promotes a “process approach” to developing, implementing and improving a quality management system. ISO/TS16949 certification has become one of the fundamental requirements of automotive OEMs for supplier’s quality system. Some of the benefits of the IATF registration scheme include:
◆ improved product and process quality
◆ additional confidence for global sourcing
◆ reassignment of supplier resources to quality improvement
◆ common quality system approach in the supply chain for supplier/subcontractor development and consistence
◆ reduction in multiple 3rd party registrations.

　　自欧盟WEEE/ROHS指令颁布生效后，企业如被动的按不同客户的要求通过对产品进行ROHS测试来逐一回应，由于缺少系统性的筹划，这些非系统性的回应措施虽然耗费大量资源与内部成本，却往往不能达到预期目的。
Since the WEEE/ROHS EU Directive promulgated and went into effect, if the enterprises just passively response one by one by doing ROHS test to the products according to different customers’ requirements, these non-systematic response, though consumed lots of sources and internal cost, always can’t get the expected aim as lacking of systematic planning.
　　在此情况下，比较有效的应对措施是建立QC08000体系，将来自客户之产品环保要求或订单中的绿色条款，纳入现有运作管理系统中，成为公司日常活动中的一部分，采取系统性之应对措施，则任何再多的产品环保要求非但不是产品外销的障碍，企业反可借此提高自身竞争能力。
Under such circumstances, more effective response measures is to found QC08000 system, put the products’ environmental requirements from the customers and the environmental items in the orders into the existing management system, to make it become part of the company’s daily activities, and take the systematic replying measures, so no matter how many products’ environmental requirements there are, it will not be a barrier for exporting products, and enterprises can improve their own competitiveness by it in reverse.

UL的产品认证、试验服务的种类主要可分为列名、认可和分级。
The product certification and testing service of UL could be mainly divided into three kinds: names, acceptance, and classification.

2、FCC
FCC
美国队联邦通讯委员会设立的产品认证标志，是对ITE产品，工业、科学和医疗设备（ISM），家电产品、通讯产品（TELECOM）有关电磁干扰参数的极限及计量方式的认证标准，凡上述产品必须经过FCC认证合格，并取得FCC标志后，方能进入美国市场。
It is a product certification mark set up by the US Federal Communications Commission. It is a certification standard about the limit and measurement of electromagnetic interference parameter in ITE products, industry, science, medical device（ISM）, and communication products（TELECOM）.All the above products have to pass the FCC certification and get the FCC mark to enter into the America market.

3、FDA
FDA
美国联邦食品、医药和医疗器械监督委员会，对美国市场上销售的各类食品、医药、医疗仪器类产品进行人体防伤害性检测，对检测符合美国国家标准的产品签名册发ID（结案文件）并允许在包装及产品表面打上《检测合格声明》。
American federal food, medicine and medical device Supervisory Committee shall have an inspection against human injury on all kinds of food, medicine, medical device sold on American market. The products met the American national standard will be signed and gotten an ID, and will be allowed to stick the Testing Conform Declaration on the packaging and on the surface of the production.

在电子家电类产品中，对非电离辐射（激光）类产品，如CD、VCD、DVD、激光类电子玩具等都纳入FDA必检项目，即国家强制性认证类产品，所以，世界各国生产的有关产品必须获得FDAID后，方可进入美国市场。
The Non-ionizing radiation (laser) products of the electronic home appliances, such as CD、VCD、DVD、laser electronic toys and so on, are the FDA 100% inspection items, that is the national compulsive certification products. So the products made all over the world must get FDAID to come into the American market.

4、ETL
ETL
ETL列名认证标志表明该电子电器产品符合相应的美国和加拿大的电器标准，带有ETL标志的产品被美国和加拿大的仲裁机构认可和接受，并被认为和有UL或CSA标志的产品具有同等可信性。
ETL listed certification mark indicates the electronic and electrical products meet the corresponding American and Canadian electric appliance standards. The products with ETL mark will be accepted by the arbitral organization in America and Canada, and they will be thought to have the same creditability as the UL or CAS products.

5、ASME
ASME是American Society of Mechanical Engineers（美国机械工程师协会）的英文缩写。
ASME is the English abbreviation for American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
ASME认证项目包括以下四大类：

EPA是美国环境保护署（U。S Environmental Protection Agency)的英文缩写。它的主要任务是保护人类健康和自然环境。EPA认证范围包括柴油/汽油发动机设备，除草机，冰箱，热水器，收音机，微波炉，X光机等。
EPA is the English abbreviation for U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Its main task is to protect human health the environment. EPA certification range includes diesel oil/petrol engine, weeding machine, refrigerator, water heater, radio, microwave oven, X-ray machine and so on.

7、DOT
DOT
DOT, 是美国交通部 (US Department of Transportation) 的英文缩写。
DOT is an English abbreviation for US Department of Transportation.
美国法律规定，进入美国销售和使用的汽车 / 摩托车/电动车整车及零部件 ( 制动软管、车灯、反射镜、制动液、轮胎和轮辋、玻璃、头盔，用于交通工具的油漆、化工涂料等) 、轮船 , 飞机 , 卡车 , 油罐车 , 电动车 , 轮胎 , 气囊等产品必须通过美国交通部的 DOT 认证。
American law specifies that if car/motorcycle/motorcar and its parts (brake hose, car lighting, reflector, brake fluid, tyre and felloe, glass, headgear, paint and chemical coating materials used for traffic means, and so on), ship, plane, truck, tank truck, electric car, tyre, air-pocket and such products want to come into America for sale and use, they have to get the DOT certification.

8、CE
CE
CE源自欧盟的英文缩写
CE is an English abbreviation from European Union.
CE标志是欧盟各成员国共用的设备和产品质量与安全标志。
CE mark is an quality and safety mark for the equipment and product shared by the member states of European Union.
针对每一产品，欧共体都制定了相应的指令，指令中对认证程序、方式、要求等都进行了明确的说明，至今已发布了20个指令，其内容涉及低电压、电磁兼容、机械、玩具、压力容器、医疗设备等各个方面，产品自带CE标志，表示产品是符合欧共体有关指令的，即可自由流通于欧共体及欧洲自由贸易协会成员国境内。
The European Community has made the corresponding directive for each product. The directive clearly explained the certification procedures, manners, requirements and so on. Now 20 directives had been issued, with its content covering low voltage, electromagnetism compatible, mechanism, toys, pressure vessels, medical equipment and so on. The product with CE mark indicates it meets European community’s related directive, that means it could freely flow in the European community and the member states of European Free Trade Association.

9、E/e Mark
E/e Mark也就是欧洲共同市场 , 对汽.机车及其安全零配件产品，噪音及废气等，均需依照欧盟法令【 EEC Directives 】与欧洲经济委员会法规【 ECE Regulation 】的规定，通过产品符合认证要求，即授予合格证书，以确保行车的安全及环境保护之要求。 E-Mark 依认证国别不同，所授予之编号也不同。例如向丹麦提出申请，其E-Mark 标志为 E18/e18。
E/e Mark is an European common market. Cars, locomotives, and safety parts, noise, exhaust gas and so on, all the above have to meet the product certification requirements according to the regulations of EEC Directives and ECE Regulation, and get the certificate to insure traffic safety and environmental protection. The conferred E-Mark number is different as different certification country. For example, the E-Mark certification in Denmark is E18/e18.

10、EMC
EMC
EMC标志是一项符合性标志，主要针对电器设备和产品，包括电磁干扰（EMI）和电磁敏感度（EMS）两部分。通过EMI和EMS检测的产品，可取得EMC标志。，因此，所有测试结果都必须符合适用标准中所规定的限制。
EMC mark is an conformity mark mainly for electrical equipment and products including electro-magnetic interference (EMI) and electro-magnetic sensitivity (EMS). The products passed the EMI and EMS test could get the EMC mark. So, all the test results have to meet the restrictions specified in the applied standard.

11、GS
GS
GS是德文 "geprüfte Sicherheit"(安全性已认证)的缩写，是德国整机类产品安全标志，GS认证以德国产品安全法（SGS）为依据，按照欧盟统一标准EN或德国工业标准DIN进行检测的一种自愿性认证，是欧洲市场公认的德国安全认证标志。
GS is a German abbreviation for "geprüfte Sicherheit"(the safety has been certified), it is a safety mark for complete machines. GS certification is based on German product safety (SGS). It is a voluntary certification tested according to the European Union conformity standard or the German industry standard. GS is a mark of German safety certification acknowledged in European market.

12、CB
CB
是国际电工委员会（IECEE）各成员国认证机构以IEC标准为基础对电工产品安全性能进行测试，其测试结果在各成员国间相互认可的一套全球性认证制度，全球有34个国家的45个认证机构参与这一认证制度。企业从其中一个认证机构取得CB证书后，可以较为方便地转换成其它机构的认证证书，由此取得进入相关国家市场的准入证。
CB is a global certification on safety capability of electro technical products by the member states’ certification organization of International Electrotechnical commission (IECEE) based on IEC standard, with its test results accepted by all of the member states. There are 34 countries and 45 certification organizations in the world participated in this certification. After getting the CB certificate from one of the certification organizations, the enterprise could change it into a certificate from other organization more easily, and get the permit of coming into the related country’s market.

13、VDE
VDE
VDE是德国电气工程师协会（（Verband Deutscher Elektrotechniker，简称VDE）的一种产品认证，其测试范围包括电器零部件、电线电缆、插头等。
VDE is a kind of product certification of Verband Deutscher Elektrotechniker, its testing range includes electric appliance parts, wire and cable, plug, and so on.

14、ROHS指令（即欧盟电子电气产品有害物质限用指令）
ROHS Directive (the Restriction of hazardous substances of electrical and electronic products in European Union)
该指令作为对WEEE指令（电子电气设备废弃物指令）的补充于2006年7月1日起正式生效执行。
The directive would formally come into effect and implemented from July.1st, 2006 as a supplement of WEEE directive (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment directive)
