◆ 人力资源管理咨询:咨询专家根据客户需求,运用科学的方法,通过深入地调查、分析,找出客户在人力资源管理中存在的问题及其产生的原因,有针对性地提出科学的、切实可行的解决方案,以提高客户人力资源管理绩效。该服务项目涉及:人力资源规划咨询、职务分析咨询、员工招聘咨询、员工培训管理咨询、薪酬管理咨询、绩效考核咨询、职业生涯管理咨询。
◆ 财务管理咨询:咨询专家接受客户委托,通过充分调查分析,查清客户财务管理方面存在的问题,提出解决问题的方案并指导客户实施,以实现客户财务管理目标。本中心主要开展成本管理、全面预算管理、税收筹划、内部控制制度设计和财务管理子系统设计等咨询。
